– Handle Motor claim inquiries by interacting with customers on a day to day basis through telephone calls, mails, letters

– Coordinate with the claims handling team in order to solve claim inquiries

– record all information from calls in the system and ensure the database is always up to date

– Update motor clam system

– Passed GCE O/L examination

– Able to converse fluently in Sinhalese and English, proficiency in Tamil will be advantageous

– Be assertive, influential and persuasive with good telephone etiquette

– Age Between 19 and 24 years
