Trainee Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities :

Respond to telephone sales inquiries and update the system.
Log the inquiries branch-wise in the system and monitor action taken by respective branches.
Respond to customer queries received through IVR.

Requirements :

Completed G.C.E. (Advanced Level).
Strong communication skills in Tamil & English are mandatory.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous work experience would be an added advantage.
