We are seeking young talents.
Start your professional career at Michelin Sri Lanka, with a comprehensive management training program for a period of one year at our R&D center.
You will work with multi-disciplinary global teams to expand your exposure to the world to gain a vast knowledge of rubber technology, Best R&D and laboratory practices.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Engage with the R&D teams and understand the process related to new development of Material, product, and process
- Support in the design and industrialization of new compounds, materials, and new technology investigation with the collaboration of the team.
- Actively involve understanding the laboratory process and support to develop or improve the new test and tools.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and R&D teams to understand the quality and process issues and give inputs to find sustainable solutions
- Share his/her expertise and findings to enhance the skills of other members.
- Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to contribute novel material, test and technological solutions, and enlarge his/her expertise to work industrial environment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You have a Bachelors’ Degree in Chemistry/ Polymer, Material Science Engineering or equivalent qualification
- You are self motivated, committed, and a good team player
- You have excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
