Position Summary
Reporting to the Brand Manager – Nestlé Nutrition, the candidate will help develop, implement, track and optimize Nestlé Nutrition marketing campaigns across all digital channels; drive loyalty and advocacy amongst consumers to build digital engagement; and drive and manage the development and management of digital marketing plans to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
A day in the life of…
- Partner with brand team to develop, update and execute local digital strategy in alignment with global digital roadmap for Nestlé Nutrition (will be accountable and responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies)
- Monitor and evaluate industry best practices to benchmark the business performances and deliver improvements as well as innovations in the digital ecosystem; and execute projects to achieve competitive advantage
- Accountable and responsible to define measurement and learning objectives against social media/ digital channels, to ensure maximum impact and delivery against goals
What will make you successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communication
- Expected experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing or communication. Knowledge in nutrition, digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM), web content management and/or data analysis would be an added advantage.
