Assistant Manager – Finance
The Job role:
-
Responsible for coordination, Overlooking IFRS 17 implementation Project.

Responsible for preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Statements.

Handling Other Statutory and Board Reporting.
-
Responsible for handling Corporate Tax function.
Prerequisites for the position would be:
-
Candidate should be a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA).

A degree from a reputed university with a specialization in Accounting.
-
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the insurance or finance sector or a minimum of 4 years of experience in a reputed audit firm (experience in auditing Insurance Sector will be an advantage).

Sound technical knowledge in Sri Lanka Accounting & Auditing Standards and thorough knowledge on Corporate Income Tax, VAT and other Taxes.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meeting internal and external deadlines.
