Ideal candidates should;
- Possess experience in Human Resources Management preferably in a Bank / Financial Institution, including exposure to recruitments
- have good interpersonal & communication skills
- be well computer literate specifically in MS word and excel office packages
- exposure to the legal framework pertaining to employment contracts will be a definite advantage
- part qualification in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage
